USTRANSCOM IT Programs and Support Services Division – Industry Forum

The Scott Air Force Base provides instructions for visitors needing installation access credentials. To obtain a visitor pass, individuals must submit their full name (first, middle, last), date of birth, and valid driver’s license state and number via email to transcom.scott.tcaq.mbx.d-industry-day@mail.mil by 4 PM CT on January 9, 2026. All visitors are required to present a state (Real ID Act compliant) or federally issued photo identification card and will undergo a background check. Criminal history may lead to denial of access. Approved visitors will receive information on how to collect their pass on the event day, which must be presented with their driver's license to the gate guard for entry.

The USTRANSCOM Directorate of Acquisition IT Programs & Support Services Division (TCAQ-D) hosted a Winter FY26 Industry Forum to discuss acquisition updates on current and upcoming procurements. The forum's agenda included division updates, acquisition updates for Command and Staff and IT Programs, small business discussions, and an acquisition panel. Key procurements highlighted included Joint Distribution Process Analysis Center (JDPAC), Mission Assurance (MA), Senior Information Security Officer (SISO), Cyberspace Operations Forces and Support (COF), Portfolio Management (PfM), Commander's Action Group (CAG) Support, JOPES/TransViz, Transportation Command Reference Data Management (TRDM), TRAC2ES, Defense Personal Property Program (DP3) Technical Support Center (DTSC), End to End Systems Management Center (E2E SMC), Integrated Booking System (IBS), ERP Specialist Support, and Acquisition Program Support. The Office of Small Business Programs presented FY25 procurement spend data, showing a significant portion awarded to small businesses, and outlined FY25 and FY26 small business goals and achievements. Updates on small business initiatives like the 8(a) Business Development Program, eSRS Modernization, and the LYNX platform were also provided. The Illinois APEX Accelerator presented its services to assist businesses with government contracting.
