USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC 19) 5C1 DSRA TYCOM

Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka, for the Department of the Navy, is planning a firm-fixed-price contract for ship repair and continuous maintenance of USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC-19) under FY26 5C1 drydocking selected restricted availability. The work includes task group instructions and tightness and operational tests such as replacing a duct heater, replacing aft CH discharge piping, modifying potable water tank foundations, and performing sewage and potable water system testing. The effort will be performed aboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka in Yokosuka, Japan, with an anticipated period of performance from 21 Jul 2026 to 20 Jun 2028, and it is limited to sources authorized to operate and do business in Japan with an active USN Master Ship Repair Agreement or Agreement for Boat Repair. No socio-economic set-aside will be used, and the government expects to issue the solicitation on or about 19 Apr 2026 through SAM.gov.
