FY27 HVAC Maintenance Service

The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Belvoir, is seeking sources for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance services. The contractor must provide all labor, management, and capabilities required to perform HVAC services, which includes a projected staffing level of six to seven full-time equivalent personnel such as program managers, HVAC technicians, and dispatch staff. Work will be performed in the Washington, D.C. metro area, specifically at Fort Myer, Virginia, and requires the selected vendor to respond to the site within two hours for emergency service calls.
