Tate County, Mississippi, Mississippi Delta Headwaters Project LD-23-01

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has issued an Invitation for Bids for the Tate County, Mississippi, Mississippi Delta Headwaters Project, LD-23-01. The scope of work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment to construct three grade control structures and Longitudinal Peaked Stone Toe Dikes with Tiebacks. Principal features of the project include clearing, grubbing, excavation, backfill, embankment, control of water, storm water pollution prevention, and environmental protection. This firm-fixed-price contract must be completed within 180 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed and is set aside for SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Businesses. Bids will be evaluated based on the lowest price submitted for this project, which has an estimated magnitude of value between $1 million and $5 million.
