ASRC Federal Gulf State Constructors, on behalf of the Government at Vance Air Force Base, is seeking a firm-fixed-price requirement for interior wall painting and wallpaper removal at Facility 336, the Child Development Center. The work includes removing existing wallpaper and cove base, preparing the surfaces, applying knockdown texture, painting with low-VOC or zero-VOC Sherwin Williams Mindful Gray eggshell paint, and installing new 4-inch black rubber cove base. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and transportation, coordinate with ASRC Construction Management, and perform the work under weekend-only access restrictions; the project is located in Enid, Oklahoma and the requirement is currently unfunded, with award contingent on available funds. Proposals must be submitted electronically to Betty Kliewer by June 10, 2026 at 1:00 PM CST, questions are due June 4, 2026, and a site visit is scheduled for May 18, 2026 at 1:00 PM CST at 400 Young Rd, Bld 200, Rm 114, Enid, OK.
