The National Institutes of Health, through NIAID, is seeking a contractor to provide emergency preparedness first aid training, services, and supplies for its personnel under RFQ-NIAID-2261915-1. The work includes on-site first aid kit inspections and refills, First Aid/AED Combo classes, Stop the Bleed training, and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care classes for staff at the Rockville, Maryland campus and the Hamilton, Montana campus. All training must be conducted in person, successful staff must receive certification, and the award will be made as a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis under full and open competition. Quotes are due by 5:00 p.m. EST on Friday, June 5, 2026, and must be emailed to Tasha Lee at tasha.lee@nih.gov with the solicitation number in the subject line.
