Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Air Force, through the 763rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron, has issued a Request for Information to identify capable sources to provide integrated Aeromedical Evacuation Tactical Communications Kits. The contractor must deliver eight TUCK-19 mobile tactical networking platforms, eight KG-250X NSA High Assurance IP Encryptors, four SpaceX Starshield Mini Satellite Terminals, and four days of in-person training. These specialized, low size, weight, and power kits must support dual-enclave NIPR/SIPR capabilities with automated PACE failover to facilitate en-route patient care during austere missions. All equipment must be delivered to the US Army SNOC at Joint Base MDL, New Jersey, within 365 days of contract award. Interested parties must submit a capability statement of no more than ten pages by September 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST to Lauren Thoele and Kristy Daugherty.
