Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Army Contracting Command–Redstone Arsenal, for the Department of the Army, is conducting a sources sought RFI to identify potential sources for manufacturing and repairing PATRIOT Cooler Liquid Electron Tube (CLET) pumps for U.S. and Foreign Military Sales use. The effort covers part numbers 11463449-2 and 11463449-3 and seeks vendors able to provide the hardware, facilities, equipment, technical expertise, planning, management, testing, repair, and related services needed to support the PATRIOT radar fleet. The government will consider comparable alternatives that meet fit, form, and function if design data is provided for review, and it may use the responses to inform future competition approach, including possible small business set-asides; no security clearance is required and any resulting contract must comply with Berry Amendment specialty metals restrictions. Interested firms must submit a capabilities statement of no more than ten pages by email to Karen Rivera in Word or PDF format no later than 12:00 p.m. Central Time, 35 days after RFI release, and should reference the RFI number in the subject line and attachments.
