Sonic Irrigators_Sources Sought Notice

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 15 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources for Sonic Irrigators for the Kansas City VA Medical Center. This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought notice, identified by Solicitation Number 36C25526Q0326, is for planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. The VA intends to acquire one InnoWave Unity 20 Sonic Irrigator (large capacity) and one InnoWave Pro Sonic Irrigator (extra-large capacity), or brand name equal. These units require specific dimensions, reprocessing capabilities for lumened and robotic instruments, and adherence to detailed utility requirements (electrical, hot water, cold water, water flow rate). Both irrigators must comply with industry standards (AAMI/ANSI, OSHA) and have documented FDA approval. Interested parties are requested to submit company information, business size status (e.g., SDVOSB, VOSB), manufacturer/distributor status, country of manufacture, federal contract details (if applicable), SAM UEI number, and capabilities demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements.
