WINDOW REPAIRS - USCG AIR STATION BARBERS POINT

The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Barbers Point, located in Kapolei, Hawaii, is soliciting bids for window repairs on Building 1790 (Hangar). The primary goal is to prevent water intrusion. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and professional services to remove and replace caulking and sealants on the ocean-facing windows. All materials and finishes must meet current codes, industry standards, and closely match existing colors and sheens. The contractor must adhere to OSHA safety regulations, maintain an adequate inspection system, and obtain approval for all materials from the COR and Government. The period of performance for on-site work is limited to 45 calendar days, and work must be scheduled to minimize interference with facility operations, primarily between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Bidders are required to conduct a site investigation to verify existing conditions. The contractor must also comply with security requirements, including enrollment in the Omnivee program and providing a list of all on-site personnel.
