Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, through its Office of Safety Security and Asset Management and Asset Management Services Office, intends to award a sole-source modification to Flad/Page Design Partnership for construction administration services for the CDC’s High Containment Laboratory Continuity Facility. The work covers reviewing submittals, shop drawings, and product data for compliance with design intent, and responding to requests for information during construction. Flad/Page is identified as the architect of record and therefore uniquely qualified to determine the project’s design intent, with performance associated with Atlanta, Georgia. No competitive solicitation will be posted, but responsible sources may submit capabilities statements by email only to Mike Davis at VWL8@CDC.GOV with “B28 Construction Administration Services” in the subject line no later than 5:30 PM EST on June 2, 2026.
