Cadence Software License for Visual System Simulator and Microwave Office

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Shared Services Center is seeking brand-name Cadence software licenses to support its Power and Propulsion Element communications team. The contractor must deliver one-year subscriptions for one unit of VSS350ESC Visual System Simulator (Advanced) and one unit of MWO226ESC Microwave Office (PCB Advanced). These proprietary software tools are required to verify, validate, and model communications subsystem designs delivered by prime contractor Intuitive Machines Inc. in support of the SR-1 Freedom mission targeting a November 2028 launch. This small business set-aside will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis for a firm-fixed-price contract with an estimated performance period from July 20, 2026, to July 19, 2027.
