Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, is seeking a sole-source design support contract for the Skamokawa pile dike repairs with Tetra Tech, Inc., the original Designer of Record. The work is to complete updated surveys, finalize the Plans and Specifications package, and update the Design Documentation Report so the project can move toward construction contracting. The requirement is for engineering services in Washington and may include optional hydraulic modeling, topographic and bathymetric surveys, an additional BCOES review, and a project team meeting. This is a special notice and not a request for proposals; capability statements must be emailed to Kristel Flores by 2:00 PM Pacific on 4 June 2026, and no solicitation will be posted.
