Description

Solicitation notice: DEPT OF DEFENSE is seeking lease proposals for retail space in Lake City, Florida. The space should be a minimum of 3,138 to a maximum of 4,130 gross rentable square feet and located within 2.0 miles of 2941 US Highway 90, Lake City, FL 32055. The lease is for a five-year term with Government termination rights. Adequate/assigned parking for ten (10) Government vehicles is required. A full-service lease, including utilities and janitorial services, is preferred. Interested entities must register in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) before lease award. Proposals must be submitted by March 21, 2024. The Government will select a location based on the lowest overall cost and may consider past performance.
