Sources Sought Notice - Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Florida Central Optimized Remediation Contract (ORC)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, is seeking sources for a prospective FY26 Florida Central Optimized Remediation Contract to support environmental remediation at Avon Park Air Force Range and MacDill Air Force Base in Florida. The work includes investigation, design, and construction of remedial systems, operation and maintenance of existing remedies, optimization of remediation systems, and achievement of site-specific objectives at 24 Installation Restoration Program sites and 3 Military Munitions Response Program sites. The effort will be performed under RCRA and CERCLA frameworks with oversight from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and the anticipated contract is a competitive firm-fixed-price C-type procurement using a best-value tradeoff approach.
