The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mech, has issued a presolicitation notice for the procurement of antenna couplers under National Stock Number 7H-5985-015783314. The scope of work requires the delivery of two antenna couplers under Reference Number 4803475-1 with delivery FOB origin. Because the government does not own the technical data or rights required to contract with additional sources, it intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis under FAR 6.302-1. Responsible sources may submit capability statements within 15 days for commercial item consideration, or full proposals within 45 days of publication to Catherine Tran at uyencatherine.h.tran.civ@us.navy.mil to be considered for a competitive procurement.
