The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, is conducting market research to identify qualified sources, specifically targeting Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, to provide laboratory cassette and slide label printers. The contractor will supply three new cassette printers and eight new slide label printers to replace aging equipment and automate processes at the Fargo, Iowa City, and Central Iowa VA Health Care Systems. Key deliverables include one large cassette printer, two small-to-medium cassette printers, and eight direct-to-glass laser slide printers featuring solvent-resistant laser-printing technology and integration with the Data Innovations Laboratory Information System middleware. The acquisition also requires onsite installation, three days of staff training, a one-year warranty, and delivery completed within 120 days of order receipt.
