RFI Expeditionary Catering Services for Angkor Sentinel 2027 (AS27)

The Department of the Army, through the 413th Contracting Support Brigade, has issued a Request for Information to identify qualified food service vendors for the Angkor Sentinel 2027 exercise in Cambodia. The selected contractor must provide expeditionary catering services, preparing and serving three daily meals to approximately 200 joint U.S. and Cambodian military personnel in a field environment. Because no government facilities exist at the site, the contractor must be entirely self-sufficient, providing mobile kitchens, cold storage, power generation, potable water systems, and waste management near the Multinational Peacekeeping Force Training Center in Krong Chbar Mon. Meal service must meet a 3,000-calorie daily target and accommodate Western, Cambodian, Halal, and vegetarian dietary needs. Capability statements, technical approaches, and cost estimates must be submitted in English to SSG Mbawuike Uchechukwu and MAJ Jared Ryan by September 30, 2026, with questions due by September 25, 2026.
