Patriot Missile - Multiple NSNs

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, has issued a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) to identify potential manufacturing and supply sources for multiple items supporting the Patriot Weapons System. This market research aims to determine if future acquisitions can be competitive or set aside for small businesses, including 8(a), small, small disadvantaged, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The current acquisition is procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-l(a)(2) due to a limited number of responsible sources. Offerors must meet prequalification requirements, with the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation & Missile Center (AvMc DEVCOM) System Readiness Directorate (SRD) serving as the engineering source authority. The procurement covers design, build, supply, inventory management, forecasting, distribution, storage, reliability improvements, engineering maintenance, and design control of these parts.
