East View Journals Services

The Department of the Navy, through NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, is seeking a sole-source procurement for East View journals services in support of Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island. The requirement is for journals services provided by East View Information Services, Inc. under a simplified acquisition conducted without full and open competition. The notice indicates this is a noncompetitive action authorized under FAR 6.302-1, with award planned for the last week of March 2026.
