The National Institutes of Health National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) is seeking information to identify qualified sources capable of providing executive management and advisory services. The selected Senior Executive Consultant team will support the Immediate Office of the Director in implementing its new organizational structure by documenting roles, workflows, decision-making relationships, and operating procedures. Deliverables also include providing change management support, defining new ways of working, and assisting staff as they transition into new functional responsibilities.
