The Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking small business sources to support a roofing repair project at the Federal Correctional Complex in Terre Haute, Indiana. The selected prime contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision required to remove and replace an existing approximately 10,000-square-foot roofing system. The scope of work includes replacing rafters, plywood sheathing, fascia boards, and box gutters with associated downspouts at the Federal Prison Camp HVAC, Plumb, and Commissioning Shop. The estimated magnitude of this firm-fixed-price construction project is between $100,000 and $350,000, and interested contractors must submit to a criminal background check to perform work onsite.
