Low Altitude Navigation and Targeting Infrared for Night (LANTIRN) USAF Sustaining Engineering Services
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, intends to establish a sole-source, five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement with Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems for sustaining engineering services for the AN/AAQ-13 LANTIRN Navigation Pod Terrain Following Radar subsystem. The required scope of work includes engineering analysis, parts obsolescence resolution, Class I and Class II Engineering Change Proposals, software and hardware deficiency corrections, and technical integration support with the F-15E aircraft. Work will be performed primarily at the Raytheon facility in McKinney, Texas, utilizing the contractor's proprietary technical data, unique testing equipment, and engineering expertise to prevent operational risks to Air Force warfighting capabilities. Capability statements from interested parties who can fulfill these requirements without access to the proprietary technical data must be submitted electronically to Tabatha McRae Cooper at tabatha.mcrae_cooper@us.af.mil and Capt Andrew Langness at andrew.langness@us.af.mil within fifteen calendar days of publication.
