Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Air Force’s Air University is seeking industry input for a commercial off-the-shelf student management system to support higher education operations and manage the full student lifecycle. The system is expected to cover admissions through graduation and transcript services, including enrollment, academic advising, course catalog and scheduling, transfer and test credit evaluation, bursar functions, reporting, and user access management. Key requirements include DoD Common Access Card integration, multi-factor authentication, role-based access control, RMF or NIST accreditation for Information Level 4 DoD Government Community Cloud, and integration with existing Air University systems such as Canvas LMS, with performance associated with Montgomery, Alabama.
