United States Coast Guard (USCG) Operational H-60 Helicopter Requirement

The Department of Defense, through the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), intends to award a sole source contract to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS) for the Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) and production of the MH-60R variant aircraft for the United States Coast Guard (USCG). This procurement includes the delivery of test aircraft, aircraft spares, and associated support services such as systems engineering, project management, and obsolescence management. The MH-60R/S aircraft are critical for USCG operations, and LM RMS is uniquely qualified to fulfill this requirement due to its status as the sole designer and manufacturer of these aircraft. Interested parties may submit proposals within thirty days of this notice, and inquiries regarding subcontracting opportunities should be directed to LM RMS at their Owego, NY location.
