Notice of Intent to Sole Source SIPR Security System
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Navy's Regional Contracting Office, Marine Forces Reserve, in New Orleans, Louisiana, intends to award a sole-source contract to Advantor Systems for a SIPR security system. The required scope of work involves purchasing and installing one FIPS IG2 Processor and three 360 motion detectors to upgrade and manage the Intrusion Detection System inside a secret storage vault. Advantor Systems was selected to ensure 100 percent compatibility with the existing base-wide security system. This procurement is conducted under simplified acquisition procedures with an anticipated award date of August 31, 2026.
