All work must be performed at the VA New Mexico Health Care System's Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmaceutical Coordinating Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico, during normal working hours without disrupting patient care. The anticipated contract structure includes a one-year base period running from November 1, 2027, to October 31, 2028, followed by four consecutive one-year option periods. Interested parties must submit a capability statement and an informal quote to Contract Specialist Andrew Longworth via email at andrew.longworth@va.gov by July 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time.
