The U.S. Naval Academy’s Admissions Department is seeking lodging and event support in Annapolis, Maryland for its Summer 2026 Centers of Influence Orientation Visit. The requirement covers hotel rooms, breakfast, a welcome reception, and related meeting and logistics support for a three-night program scheduled for July 27-30, 2026. The hotel must accommodate 100 guests in single-occupancy, non-smoking rooms for 300 room nights at a 65% guaranteed occupancy level, with a reception for 115 attendees, a registration area, guest and staff parking, and shuttle access or bus accommodation as needed. The reception must include a private space, cash bar, hors d’oeuvres, and beverages, and bids should include sample menus and clearly identify any parking costs.
