GUATEMALA – Oxygen Forensic Detective Software, Support, Maintenance and Training

The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy in Guatemala, is seeking to procure Oxygen Forensic Detective software, along with support, maintenance, and training services for the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) Section. This procurement aims to enhance capabilities in data extraction and analysis from various devices and cloud services, which are critical for law enforcement operations. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for a one-year term, with quotations due by March 27, 2026, and the award will be based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.
