The U.S. Air Force, supporting the DoD Library Program, is conducting market research for an alternative source for Chilton’s Auto Repair Manuals and National Geographic subscription content. The requirement covers digital access to Chilton DIY automotive repair materials and National Geographic content across Magazine, Kids, People, Animal, and World offerings, including full-text, images, maps, videos, and other media. The anticipated performance period is a FY26 base year from June 2026 through June 2027 with two one-year option periods, and the subscription must support integration with EBSCO Stacks while meeting listed security requirements. This is a sources sought notice rather than a solicitation, and responses are due within 4 days with company information, a capabilities statement, and identifiers such as business size, socioeconomic status, CAGE Code, and UEI.
