Intent to Sole Source - Parachute Simulator

The Department of the Air Force, Department of Defense, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price delivery order to Systems Technology, Inc. for parachute simulator services. The required work involves the installation, integration, and training of the PARASIM system with the BA-30 LPP Harness and PLD Bar. Systems Technology, Inc. is the sole owner and developer of all patent, proprietary, and engineering rights to PARASIM, and performing modifications through an unauthorized third party voids existing system warranties.
