Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command’s 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base is seeking eMentor foreign language course instruction services for the Air University Culture and Language Center. The contractor will provide qualified instructors and live, online synchronous foreign language instruction for selected Airmen and Guardians, using a contractor-provided, government-approved unified communications and collaboration platform. The work must follow the client’s curriculum, program guidance, and standards, and the contractor must have access to all platform functions on day one of the period of performance. The solicitation is projected to be issued on or about 15 May 2026 on SAM.gov, with no paper copies or phone requests accepted.
