Systems Engineering Support (A Dept)

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Strategic and Computing Systems Department (A Department) is seeking sources to provide comprehensive systems engineering support. Contractors will deliver professional engineering and technical services under a anticipated hybrid Firm Fixed Price and Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract. This procurement is strictly limited to SeaPort Multiple Award Contract (MAC) holders, and the government has recently updated the Statement of Work to a Performance Work Statement.
