Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health, within the Department of Health and Human Services, has issued an Innovative Solutions Opening for the Systems for Phenotypic Evaluation, Clinical Trajectories, Response, and Agency program. The selected performers will work across four core technical areas to model developmental trajectories, build a secure national data infrastructure, conduct adaptive platform trials for co-occurring conditions, and develop daily-use assistive technologies. The initiative emphasizes active co-design with the autistic community, prioritizing individuals with profound autism and high support needs, and expects to award Other Transaction agreements. Interested parties submitting under Technical Area 4 must first provide a mandatory, maximum seven-page Solution Summary to SPECTRA@arpa-h.gov before submitting a full proposal.
