ECDIS-N/Navigation/Steering and Propulsion Support

The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division, is seeking services to support surface and subsurface vessel navigation, steering and propulsion control, and ECDIS systems. The contractor must provide engineering, training, technical publication development, program management, and specialized technical services to maintain subject matter expertise for Navy ECDIS, legacy VMS, and numerous other vessel bridge, control, and fathometer systems across multiple ship and submarine classes. Work will be performed primarily at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This contract is being awarded on a sole-source basis to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation under a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee structure, and inquiries can be directed to the primary contact, Nicholas Swanson, at nicholas.g.swanson.civ@us.navy.mil.
