Notice of Intent to Sole Source: Defense Stockpile Management Systems (DSMS) Support

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency, within the Department of Defense, plans a sole-source contract to maintain Defense Stockpile Management Systems support and avoid a lapse in critical nuclear logistics IT infrastructure support. The effort will continue the DSMS services currently provided under contract HDTRA121F0072 through a six-month firm-fixed-price award with one six-month option period. The work is intended to keep the system operating with minimal transition while the follow-on requirement is pursued competitively, and performance is located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
