F--Low-level Iodine-129 Analyses by Accelerator Mass
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Geological Survey is seeking a firm, fixed-price contract for accelerator mass spectrometric analysis of low-level iodine-129 in groundwater samples. The work supports a long-term study at the Idaho National Laboratory, including analysis of about 60 groundwater samples plus quality control samples and laboratory blanks, with reporting of detailed analytical results. Evaluation will consider firm, fixed price, technical capability, past performance, and past experience, and the work will be performed at the contractor’s facility under applicable Service Contract Labor Standards requirements. Quotation packages must be submitted by email with a separate price and technical quote, and include a technical description with quality assurance and management information, a signed SF-18, SAM UEI number, a signed SF-30, and all signed amendments.
