The Defense Information Systems Agency, on behalf of the United States Space Force, is seeking sources to provide enhancement and sustainment services for the Wideband Remote Monitoring Sensor (WRMS). The selected contractor will sustain the currently fielded WRMS v3.x software and deliver enhancements, utilizing Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices to support satellite spectrum monitoring and expand capabilities for the WGS-11+ variant. Key responsibilities include program management, systems engineering, software development, cybersecurity compliance with Risk Management Framework standards, and maintaining a dedicated testing environment. Work is primarily performed at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado under an anticipated contract consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year options.
