The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Watervliet Arsenal is seeking innovative commercial products, technologies, and services to support the modernization of the Watervliet Arsenal and Benet Laboratories. Work requirements focus on integrating legacy analogue manufacturing systems with modern digital systems, expanding modeling and simulation capabilities, and delivering agile development activities, pilots, and concept demonstrations. Eligible products and services must target specific Areas of Interest, which currently include advanced cannon technology, UT systems, electrical infrastructure, chrome facility conversion, electronic access control, automated manufacturing lines, and automated cooling tower treatments. The procurement will utilize a multi-phase evaluation starting with a Phase 1 written solution brief, and resulting awards will be fixed-price contracts under Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. Interested parties must submit their solutions by the specified closing dates for individual Areas of Interest, which range from September 2026 through November 2026, while the overarching general solicitation remains open until September 30, 2027.
