7A--Intent to Sole Source notice for SunNet iTOA Multi-Factor Authentication

The Department of Energy's Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) intends to acquire SunNet’s iTOA Multi-Factor Authentication solution on a Sole Source basis, as outlined in a Special Notice. This procurement is mandated under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996 and is also in compliance with Executive Order 14028, emphasizing the importance of enhanced cybersecurity measures. Interested parties are invited to submit capability statements, which will be considered by the Government, although this is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes.
