Montgomery, AL Lease Space

The Department of the Interior, on behalf of the U.S. Geological Survey, is seeking to lease a combined office, light industrial, and wareyard space in the Montgomery and Millbrook areas of Alabama. The requirement specifies between 2,913 and 3,204 square feet of office and light industrial space, along with a secured wareyard of approximately 0.09 to 0.10 acres. Technical specifications demand a climate-controlled warehouse with a loading area, electricity, running water, and restroom facilities, as well as a fenced wareyard. The contract offers a full term of up to 10 years with a one-year firm term, and the offered space must not reside within a 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain.
