USCG Base Portsmouth Elevator Monthly & Annual Inspection Services

The U.S. Coast Guard Base Portsmouth is seeking a qualified contractor to provide monthly maintenance and inspection services, along with annual inspections, for two elevators on the base in Portsmouth, Virginia. The required work covers one US Elevator Ascension 2000 model at the C5ISC building and one Dover Elevator Oildraulic DMC-1 model at the UPH Barracks building. This total small business set-aside procurement will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price purchase order evaluated on technical capability and price, with a base year running from September 25, 2026, through September 24, 2027, followed by four potential option years.
