Notice of Intent to Sole Source EXCON Communications Battle Tracking Equipment

The Department of the Army, USPFO GA Procurement, has issued a notice of intent to sole source the procurement of EXCON Communications Battle Tracking Equipment. The required deliverables consist of a real-time battle tracking system that integrates into mission command systems and is capable of supporting a brigade-level battle simulation.
