The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia Cascades Area Office has a requirement to replace two non-working HVAC compressors with direct replacement equipment. The selected contractor must supply and install equipment compatible with Alerton software, and must reclaim the existing refrigerant and fully refill the system to factory specifications with new refrigerant. Work will be performed on a Carrier Gemini split system, model number 38AH-024---611ac, at Building 159. This 100 percent small business set-aside will result in a single firm-fixed-price contract awarded under FAR Part 12, with an anticipated award date during the last week of August.
