The Indian Health Service, through the Great Plains Area Indian Health Service office, is seeking market information for a planned purchase of commercial kitchen equipment for the Pine Ridge IHS Hospital dietary program. The work covers supply and delivery of multiple new kitchen and sanitation items, including waste receptacle enclosures, trash cans, a sanitizing sink heater, a kettle table, a steam-jacketed kettle, an ice machine with water dispenser, and a water filtration system, with installation handled by in-house maintenance. The equipment must be new and unused, compatible with existing infrastructure, meet commercial kitchen standards, and include the specifications in the SOO and specification sheet, including NSF certification where applicable. Delivery is planned to the Pine Ridge Service Unit Property and Supply Loading Dock in Pine Ridge, South Dakota, and the contractor is expected to provide the equipment within four to six months of award depending on the notice source.
