This Performance Work Statement outlines the requirements for a contractor to provide Urology Surgical Navigation System & Support services at the 88th Medical Group, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The contractor will supply and maintain specialized equipment, including the UroNavigation Fusion System, Ultrasound System for Da Vinci Robotic Nephrectomies, and Cyber TM Thulium Laser for HoLEPs. Key responsibilities include providing experienced and certified technicians, delivering and setting up equipment before surgeries, and ensuring operational functionality after clearance from the Medical Equipment Repair Center. Services are required Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays. The contractor must maintain all necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance, and will be compensated with a set-up/break-down fee and an hourly rate, with potential annual fee increases capped at 6%. The government will pay a set-up/break-down fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice. The contractor must notify the MTF of non-availability two weeks in advance, accept Government Purchase Card payments, and submit invoices at the end of each procedure or day.
