Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center is seeking quotations to procure two steam boilers under a total small business set-aside. Deliverables consist of two marine-welded construction steam boilers configured in accordance with Way-Wolff and existing bulkhead-mounted electrical controller drawings. To prevent rejection, the contractor must individually package and mark each item in strict compliance with military standards and Coast Guard preservation, packaging, and marking instructions, including Code 39 barcoding. The Coast Guard intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quote. Quotations must be submitted by email to Donna Scandaliato by July 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.
