Sole Source Bridge Contract for WPS Training

The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department Pentagon Directorate, intends to award a sole-source bridge contract to Forge Group, LLC to support the Joint Staff Strategy, Plans, and Policy Directorate (J5). The selected contractor will assist in developing, planning, and implementing the Department of Defense Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) Policy. This firm-fixed-price bridge contract is designed to prevent a gap in services and provide a seamless transition and ramp-up period for a follow-on contractor to obtain security credentials and complete onboarding.
