Teledyne FLIR BOA Renewal

NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to solicit a sole-source contract with Teledyne FLIR Defense, Inc. for the repair of aircraft components. The scope of work requires eight repairs across five specific National Stock Numbers, including universal hand controls, turret FLIR units, central electronics, and forward-looking infrared units for the H-1 aircraft. Because the government does not own the necessary technical data, Teledyne FLIR Defense, Inc. is the only approved source, and the resulting contract will have a duration of 60 months with FOB delivery. The solicitation is expected to be posted to NECO on October 1, 2026, with responses due by October 31, 2026, and interested parties may submit capability statements to Marisa Tetkowski at marisa.l.tetkowski.civ@us.navy.mil.
