16--RADAR,LOW POWER, IN REPAIR/MODIFICATION OF

The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, intends to procure the repair and modification of low-power radars. The procurement is for six units of NSN 7R-1680-016816432-E7 under Technical Data Package Version 002. Because the item is flight-critical and technical data is limited, the government requires source approval prior to contract award and intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Responsible sources may submit capability statements, proposals, or quotes within 45 days of the notice publication (or 30 days if issued under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement) to Caitlin C.
